Bank PO :
PO stands for Probationary Officer. Bank PO exam is one of the most popular competitive bank exams in India. Every year nearly 9.5 lakhs appear for the exams and 20000 of them are selected for the main exam. A probation officer (PO) is generally a junior manager scale i.e assistant manager, after getting selected in PO exam, the candidate will go through training at the Institute Of Banking Management. BANK PO ROLE :
During the training, a PO gets trained on many aspects such as finance, accounts, billing, some basic computer languages etc. So in the beginning periods of the job, a PO is given all the types of jobs in which they got trained. The PO must make sure that he is making an impact on the bank in increasing its revenue, addressing and solving the complaints, and if his work is satisfactory, he will be assigned to higher roles such as investing, budget planning, loan processing etc.

BANK PO EXAM :
