NEET EXAM :

NEET (National Eligibility Cum Entrance Exam) is conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA). Students who are preparing for NEET competitive exam has to know the pattern guidelines, criteria and prepare accordingly to them. In this blog, we will give the information about important dates for NEET 2020, criteria, and all the information about how to prepare etc.

One who is preparing for NEET exam must be familiar with the pattern also so he/she can prepare according to it. The NEET exam pattern for 2020 can doesn’t change much from the previous year and can be as follows

NEET EXAM PATTERN :

The main important feature of the NEET exam is, it is a pen and paper based exams which is OMR marking pattern, so one must be aware of the OMR sheet. Inorder to crack the NEET exam, one must have good time management skills. NEET exam is conducted for 3 hours in which a student must answer 180 multiple choice questions(MCQ’S). The complete pattern is given below.

EXAM TYPE: PEN AND PAPER BASED (OMR SHEET MARKING)

TIME : 3 HRS

LANGUAGES : ENGLISH, HINDI, TELUGU, TAMIL, ASSAMESE, GUJARATHI,

MARATHI, BENGALI, ORIYA, KANNADA, URDU.

QUESTIONS : MULTIPLE CHOICE QUESTIONS

SECTIONS : PHYSICS 45 QUESTIONS 90 MARKS

CHEMISTRY 45 QUESTIONS 90 MARKS

BIOLOGY 90 QUESTIONS (BOTANY AND ZOOLOGY)

180 MARKS

TOTAL QUESTIONS : 180

TOTAL MARKS : 720

AWARDING MARKS: 4 MARKS FOR CORRECT ANSWER

-1 MARK FOR WRONG ANSWER

0 MARKS FOR NO ANSWER

GUIDELINES FOR REGISTRATION OF NEET EXAM

Visit the official website of NTA and you will find an “APPLY NOW” tab, click it and fill the form.
Fill in the particulars like father’s name, mother’s name, mobile number, contact details, category, date of birth
After filling the form, note down the registration number generated by the system
To fill the application form one must log in using system registered number
After login candidate should fill all the required details like personal details, state quota, choice language, be careful while filling all these fields
After entering the details review them and press submit button
In the step the applicant must scan a passport size photo and signature and upload in jpg/png format only.
Photo size can be from 10-100kbs and signature can be from 3-20 kbs.
Once the candidate is done with uploading required documents, he/she is redirected to payment, this can be done through debit/credit, internet banking, e-wallet, bhim UPI.
