SBI Clerks Syllabus

In SBI Clerks exam there are five subjects. The exam pattern will be like this

Quantitative Aptitude:

Simplifications, approximate values, Arithmetic topics like Number system, LCM & HCF, Average, Ratio & Proportion, Partnership, Percentage, Profit & loss, Simple & Compound Interest, Time & Work, Time & Distance, Mensuration, Permutation & Combination, Probability, Number series and Data Interpretation.

Reasoning:

In this there are verbal and non verbal questions. Verbal includes classification, analogy, word formation, series, Directions, Coding & Decoding, Blood relation, symbol & notation, Syllogism, sitting arrangement and problem solving,. Non Verbal includes Series Completion, Finding any missing figure and Classification.

English Language:

Reading comprehension, Fill in the blanks, Finding grammatical errors, Sentence completion, Re-arrangement of Sentences, Cloze Test, Synonyms and Antonyms, word formation etc.

General Awareness:

Current Affairs with a special emphasis on Banking industry. Questions are also been asked from geography, history, science, economics, sports, awards, constitution, politics, history, culture etc.

Computer Knowledge

Computers: Basics of Computer, Generations of Computers, questions on MS Office, Windows, internet, operating systems, computer networks, internet, E-mail, E-commerce & Current affairs on Computer area.
